Flood prediction network
A forecasting system for Houston’s White Oak Bayou. On unseen storms, my one-hour-ahead prediction had a peak-elevation difference of 1.31 feet.
At timing, my ANN’s peak difference was 0.72 feet, compared with 1.08 to 1.95 feet for the reference models at timing.
